PTSD
PTSD was initially discovered as shell shock where soldiers who had experienced long times in trenches hearing the sounds of bombs emerged from battle in a state where they would experience the horrors anew and be almost unaware of their new surroundings or home.

PTSD is a reaction to stress that among other things contains hypervigilance, anxiety and terror. I provide diagnostic testing to monitor your progress.

One of the most disturbing elements of PTSD besides the flashbacks are the terrible nightmares. By using a combination of exposure, CBT and spiritual counselling, most if not all of my clients see great improvements in sleep. Once sleep is established the other elements can be addressed. Typically my clients report considerable improvement within one month of treatment.
